- Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressants such as: Celexa   (citalopram), Luvox (fluvoxamine), Zoloft (sertraline), Prozac (fluoxetine), Paxil   (paroxetine), Lexapro (escitalopram)- increased risk of side effects.
- Ismelin (guanethidine): Flexeril blocks its blood pressure lowering effect.
- Ultram/Ultracet (tramadol)- Flexeril increases their seizure risk.
- Haldol (haloperidol), Wellbutrin (bupropion) - increased risk of side effects.
- Any sedative hypnotics to help you sleep, barbiturate, pain reliever, muscle   relaxer, antihistamine, anxiety medication or alcohol- risk of increased side effects   especially drowsiness and reduced breathing rate.
